I consider myself a breeder of high standards...any one can breed but having the best pigs is a challenge when a lot of them are in other countries. Sad that those counties have so many rules and make it most difficult and costly to ship. Most places require a courier, health certificates and some will not even allow. UK had an embargo to not allow it at all. When I asked they said just keep checking back to see if the embargo is lifted...well so far not! I think this speaks volumes regarding the politics between our Govts as well ....What do you think? Would like to add: most other countries acknowledge skinnies as a show able breed...What about US and CA? Why not? Too lazy to establish one of our own or not willing to accept the standard for other countries? hmmmm
