I constantly monitor my credit reports to make sure theres no fraud and it got me to thinking: housing places should have a separate report that deals only with your rental history because there are sine people who may be late on a credit card but not their rent but a step further who is it really for? Celebrities cab Trent what they want just given their game, the rich either own our if they do rent the owner most likely knows who they are or just goes by appearances. Wealthy people dont really have a need for credit so it wouldnt matter if it was bad or not. But anyway two different topics. But credit cards dont require rental references to make sure they can find you if you dont pay so why should an apartment complex go by your payment with a credit card?
