I continue to be in awe at how winks from spirit guide me...subtly...helping the intuition within be expressed in the world. While I was in India I learned many hand mudras, which are placing your hands in various shapes or gestures so you redirect prana (the life force energy) that we emit out of our hands back into our body. Well, here is the wink I received when doing the Be You naturally photo shoot in a Minnesota park. If you look at my new cover photo above, I have placed my hands into a mudra. What is amazing about the mudra I chose was that it chose me in the moment I outstretched my arms to let the ground below support me and the tree behind embrace me. I just now looked up the meaning of the hand mudra I am using in the photo and the wink did it again! It is called Prithvi and it represents the EARTH---that which holds everything :) xo wendybillieyoga xo
