I continue to feel the loss of Robin Williams. It is sad. Truly sad. Im amazed to see the outpouring of love and support headed his way from so many people. Clearly his reach was beyond measure. I think that his incredibly varied career meant that he touched a lot of people in a lot of different ways. Even though I didnt see everything he did, nor did I necessarily like everything I saw, Im pretty convinced he made everything he was a part of better. All of that energy must have gone outward, and as a result left him totally depleted. It got me thinking. Hes not unlike any other star in the universe. Burning bright with everything he had until running out of gas and then collapsing in on himself leaving nothing but a black hole where his presence once illuminated all that surrounded him.
