I could train somebody to drop 2 stone in 1 month, I could get them on the scales twice per day every day. How would I do this? I would limit their KCAL intake dramatically, I would restrict their nutrition intake to 1-2 meals per day and not really worry too much about what they are eating as long as its within the kcal minimum, probably chuck them on a few LOW FAT option foods. BUT I NEEVR WOULD!!!!! Why?? Are they going to be smaller framed? Probably yes for a while. Are they going to have a toned, physique? No. Will their LOST 2 stone be fat (adipose tissue)? HELL NO!! What will that 2 stone be made up of? Usually muscle mass and water! Will they feel good and have a great well-being/ internal health? Nope!! Will they regain LBS? Yep. Rebound will occur as soon as they give into cravings they are feeling because of their limited intake of kcals and their unhealthy choices also as their frame gets smaller and their TOXICITY level stays high the percentage is higher leading to REBOUND as the liver will not work as efficiently!!! What really does matter? WHERE your kcals are coming from!! The correct food choices, health optimisation foods, the correct level of protein, lots of healthy fats and carbohydrate timing!!!
