I could write a book on what I witnessed and felt yesterday. I have never felt the love and caring compassion from so many friends family and people I do not even know. what took place yesterday for my support to get the medical treatment I need was beyond words to describe. I can never thank everyone enough. the Lafayette community played a huge part by all the donations and the participants and just the togetherness I felt. you know there are a lot of rivalries between high schools in this area. and sometimes things get heated over little things. but when it all comes down to it even the most fierce rivals will bond and come to each others needs. rivals on the courts and fields but almost family in time of need. all I can say if you were not there yesterday you missed a great time and a chance to witness something miraculous going on in the great city I call home. I am proud to have lived in Lafayette all my life and also now understand how lucky I am to have lived here all my life.. THANK YOU LAFAYETTE INDIANA BUSINESSES and all who helped make yesterday something I will never forget for the rest of my life.. I am going to tag a few people who I ask to please share this so everyone who might have been involved knows how much it has made an impact in my life.. THANK YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE!
