I couldnt agree more with #26. There is so much to love about natural, fresh, healthy, pure foods...and the many ways to enhance their flavour with other healthy, natural flavour enhancers (e.g. herbs, spices). Healthy eating should never be a chore or involve deprivation. It helps keep you feeling youthful and well, at a healthy weight...it helps your brain function properly which can improve everything from your mood, the quality of your sleep...to your ability to concentrate, your memory and outlook on life. I also agree with #24. Unless you are eating whole fruit or putting it through a juicer, its processed food and is not much different than soda pop in terms of what your body does with it. Sugar in moderation is a must. It wreaks havoc on so many aspects of our health and when regularly consumed, there are things going on in your body that, if they dont seem to be affecting you at the time, they will catch up with you later. #healthyfoodieforlife
