I created this because I have had a few friends tell me that I have been helping them with motivation! Motivation is the key to getting things done, so is persistence! I am not a body builder and I am not a Victorias Secret model. But I do know the importance of being healthy! I know that the SCALE DOES NOT MATTER, what matters is HOW YOU FEEL WITHIN AND WITHOUT, it does not matter what people say about you, it only matters how you feel! I am not going to choreograph anything, but simply am going to help build the motivation for other women around me. I have had several women that I look up to motivate me, and I like paying it forward. I bet those women, did not realize they presented me with a gift that I am so thankful for. I feel beautiful, yes I have my bad days, but dont we all? Words of inspiration and motivation, new exercises that I search, and eating what you want in portions. You can do it! Welcome ladies! Lets get started. :D
