I d like to set up a website where all humans can upload their own image with passport, nation, date, initials, additional comments, and sign 2 global petitions that will force the UN to listen. Who can help me, has Programming language skills and can use Joomla? I have the server and the domain and will create the design. Who wants to help with the concept. The site will provide statistics by nation, age, and it would be amazing to see how many hands would come from Israel!
