I decided the utility company would be happy if I would do a little work so that I can pay them. Working on computers would also be helpful to give my mind a break from thinking about dogs in the cold weather. As I turn into the Discovery Alabama Event Center (formerly Watermark Place) I notice something over my shoulder. Across the street their are about a dozen dogs stretched out in the sun. There are all breeds,ages and sizes. Merely looking in their direction causes many of them to escape into the security of the woods.After working for a short while I could stand it no longer,,, I drove over to where they had been sunning and dropped a bag of food. As I sliced the bag open and peeled the sides apart, I cold hear activity in the woods.Hopefully, tonight they will not go hungry.
