I decided to redo my bedroom in gray and black. I ordered black sheers.. Two sets of 2 panels and one scarf. I received my package and was missing a scarf. No problem. I would simply let them know and they would replace the scarf.. Right? I sent the first email... with no reply... I sent a second email and they replied they didnt receive the first email... asking what the problem was. ... So.. stay with me on this... its gets good.. Or bad... I sent the third email... Them May you please provide a photo of the the items as well as the label Me: A photo of the item I didnt receive? There were NO labels on any of the packages! AND this would be a label of I item I didn’t receive???? Youre kidding...right???? Them: I think you misunderstood I need a photo of the shipping label And of the items you received Me: here is the link to the tracking *insert link to tracking here* You want me to take the items out of the packages so I can take a picture of what I did receive??? Excuse me... why??? Its what I didnt receive that is the problem. Its stuff like this that make me a raving maniac.... Ok.. maybe I was a raving maniac before this... But this certainly doesnt help! I think Ill redo my bedroom in pink....
