I decided to try my hand at a little video. Im sloppy, Im off balance, but thats just how I am all the time. Lol! I made this video right quick this morning, because Jen said she wanted something she could do while hanging out waiting on calls, at the Ambulance garage. Im no expert, but these are basic little workouts that you can do just about anywhere, with little to no weights. These particular workouts focus on you lower body, but I would be happy to demonstrate workouts that work other muscle groups. Thats if everyone likes this, benefits from it, and would like more videos. Feed back, constructive criticism, and suggestions are always welcome! Do each of these workouts for 60 seconds, rest for no more than 20 seconds, then go into your next move. Id repeat 3x. That gives you about 20 minutes to get a quick calorie burn in. Plenty enough time for a lunch break workout.
