I decree that God will make your house worthy in your city. “Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat. And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. And when ye come into an house, salute it. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the Day of Judgment, than for that city.” Matthew 10:9-15. Is your home a place that servants of God would like to stay while on assignment? Is it a worthy house? Is it peaceful, hospitable, clean, habitable, conducive and prayed up for guests like servants of God to stay while on assignment? Have you taught your children decorum? Do you a special room prepared for such guests? “And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us that he shall turn in thither.” 2 Kings 4:9-10. When we went to Chile South America we were hosted in the master bedrooms in several Pastors houses we visited. We were amazed and embarrassed because the owners of the house would vacate to a smaller room to honour us. We were not used to this kind of honour and we would spend incredible times praying for these homes. You can be creative, innovative and practical in your hosting. We should not lose the culture of hosting servants of God lest we miss angelic visitations. “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” Hebrews 13:2. You never know which servant of God is carrying the package of your breakthrough. The woman in 2 Kings 4:9-10 received a miracle child as a result of hosting a man of God. I declare that Holy Servants of God deserve VIP treatment more than politicians. “Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine”. 1 Tim 5:17. I declare that God will give you strategy to provoke the anointing in HOLY servants of God.
