I dedicate this award to all real Judo veterans who practice and understand the Judo Ethics or Principles of Courtesy, Courage, Sincerity, Honour, Modesty, Respect, Self Control and Friendship. I recall vividly early 1970s till mid 70s when I was directly under my Japanese Judo Master, Sensei Tatsuo Sengoku 6th Dan Kodokan Judo. His preaching to all then was UNITY, PEACE, RESPECT AND PEACE THE WORLD OVER. He instructed that I should strive to get to his White and Red belt (He even gave his personal 6th Dan Belt to me) and even beyond. This 6th Dan had been achieved by my humble self since 1995 duly recognised by the IJF and the Kodokan in Tokyo Japan vide certificate no 0024 dated 30/9/95. And am proud to mention that we had been able to go beyond 6th Dan we are now 8th Dan Kodokan Judo since October 2009. As Judokas we know that JUDO IS NOT JUST SPORT, BUT WAY OF LIFE. LET US LIVE IT!!!
