I definitely recommend Coconut Oil to everybody! Before this past year Ive never had a problem with acne (I would have a breakout here or there, but never serious). This past year it has been such an issue. I did some research to find the best way to treat acne with natural and organic medications. I bought a fresh lemon and I cut it into two. I rubbed the lemon on my face (it does burn). I wipe the lemon juice off with a damp towel. I then proceed with coconut oil as a moisturizer. I do this about two nights a week and it has worked wonders! Not one breakout since I have started. It is so useful!
