I desperately need advice! This is my gorgeous girl Holly, who is 1 year old. Has always been good tempered until her first season at 8 months, then went into false pregnancy & her behaviour changed. Over the last few months she has went for my husband and my 6 year old son. At first we thought it was hormones due to false pregnancy as she started to guard her bedding but she has just been spayed 3 weeks ago and I thought the behaviour would improve but its not. More & more frequently ie everyday now she is going into this bad mood, growling at us and gets worse if we try to challenge the behaviour. Then she snaps out of it again and is all sweet and cute again. We have tried to keep her off the couch for now but last night she jumped up onto the chair & my sons toy was on it, he got on the chair beside her to pick up his toy and Holly snapped at him 3 times very aggressively. She is like a psycho dog at the minute and it can be quite frightening when she is like it. I have a behavioural expert coming out next week but would appreciate any advice in the meantime.
