I did NOT install uber on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I went to Best Buys Samsung Store because I noticed home screens had been wiped clean and some icon /apps missing after an android version update (like Google removed the blue arrow,navigation icon). The Samsung rep said I needed to update my phone as it was behind 2 or 3 updates. I told him that I had the latest version of android but he insisted I needed to update my phone. He connected to his Samsung computer and did an update to my phone. Now I have apps installed that I didnt authorize or install myself. One of those is uber. I tried to uninstall it but there is no way to do so. I even tried to uninstall it using Avast Anti-virus and Malewarebytes but even they cannot access uber to uninstall it. I cannot believe Samsung force installed uber to my phone and now there is no way to uninstall /delete it.
