I did a PiYo Core workout today and thought of something I wanted to be sure to share with you. When you are doing an ab workout, make sure you are engaging your abdominals by pulling in and tightening those muscles. This is something I always knew but never consistently worked on until I started doing PiYo. Now I find myself doing it in almost all workouts! Heres one of my favorite core exercises, in case youre inspired to work those abs! Never Give In!!
