I did a “Success Magazine” interview with their outstanding Publisher, Darren Hardy & He asked me an interesting question. “Bob, you’ve worked in executive search now for over 30 years, why is there so much dissatisfaction & turnover today? What’s wrong with recruiting? I told Darren that the best of the best in recruiting are “people-centric” rather than “company-centric.” Great organizations understand that “people matter most.” Not just clients & customers but their own staff also needs to be celebrated!
