I did a ladder with a back pack- 3 min warm-up, no weights I put a 5# plate in for 3, and every 3 min, I added 5! Then I laddered back down, taking 5 out, every time! Then I did a 3 min, no weight jog! About 40 min and killer! Not for everyone, hard on your back and knees! But if I only had 40 min and wanted a burn- this will do it!! No pain No gain sweat was rolling off me!! Im posting a few if examples of what we can do! When we open these doors up full time,we will have some incredible work outs for you! FOR ANY LEVEL!! I am showing you the crazy stuff, but we can bring a beginner to this level!! If you are consistent and want to be fit! We can get you there!! Baby steps or big steps, everyone is different!! Once you are addicted you will understand the LEAN rage! Pick good foods today!! 4:30- you will box and kick ! 6:00 boxing, bring a bucket, we are getting wet as a group (at the end of class) for ALS!! I will get the ice
