I did a reading for a man who was extremely depressed. Everything that was coming through was that he needed to make a choice to care for himself enough to get out of the depression. Medication, counseling, exercise, eating properly, getting active and back into his family life and his hobbies...to extreme detail about the actions he needed to take to be participating in his life. He, however, kept wanting a quick solution to his situation. When the message was to choose to be alive and do the work to get himself out of the depression, he kept asking for something else. Be aware that divine interaction in your life doesnt always come in the way you think it should or wish it would.
