I did find this recipe in my Moms handwriting, but its not the one I was talking about. Ive never made this one, but it sounds good! Chocolate Electric Skillet Fudge From Millie Gilbert 2 C sugar 3 Tbsp butter or margarine 1/2 tsp salt 1 C evaporated milk 1/2 C miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 C chocolate chips 2/3 c chopped pecans 1 tsp vanilla Combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk in a large electric skillet. Set at 280 dg. Bring mixture to a boil, and boil for 5 min stirring constantly. Turn skillet off. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and chips are melted and smoothly blended. Pour into buttered 8 sq pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes about 1 lb. It is very similar to the other one I cant find. It just used a jar of marshmallow cream. Could probably do this in a saucepan too.
