I did get a call back from the guy with the city and he addressed the car pool situation in the morning and afternoon. There were suggestions made on both sides. The city proposed a few changes and school made some suggestions. Not sure where it stands. There will be changes in the signage and there will be more parking enforcement present. However the tickets that were issued the first week of school are being challenged by the recipients. A loop hole...they are challanging the verbiage on the signs. They presently read for drop off and pick up. And these handful of parents that were given tickets claim they were just dropping their kids off...so there you have it. That is going to change. But rest assured until we have no violaters I will continue to post every morning.
