I did legs today at the gym, but actually had good form on my squats. My form for squats was terrible until I watched this video. Like most guys, I was only doing a 1/2 squat, and not hitting parallel, which is to get your ass down below your knees. 1/2 squats neglect hamstrings and glutes, and is bad for your knees. Now doing squats correctly, I have to drop the weight so my form is good, until I build up my legs.
