I did like to share it to all the reason why are we unemployed in hills !! Its true we have good school /collages in hills but lack of opportunities ... well Educated seniors are there where we can get their proper guidance but all are far away from us, some of are parents could be uneducated as they may not be able to assist us related to our education or career .Our seniors are far away still struggling for better opportunities and growth ,Its not so easy to get into jobs today as we have competition among our self.. heart fills up with sorrow when I see my youngsters getting misguided or being very casual .We have forgot the manner of respect the politeness ,the reason for this? . well talking to our youngster when we ask them about the career they simply answer not yet decided ,will think later I wonder why students are not mature to understand or parents .Well every one has their own aim and interest and finance also matters .I do understand but what so ever today without experience we cannot get into jobs . having higher degrees we are sitting at home idle wasting our time being burden to our families lets come up Parents, students and my dear friends for the better cause let us come front to help unemployment in hills .I am sure and can assure you Training makes all the difference SUCCESS IS SIMPLE ,DO WHATS RIGHT THE RIGHT WAY ,AT THE RIGHT TIME EXPLORE YOUR SELF WITH EXPERIENCES AT IESP .WE MAKE YOUR DREAM TO REALITY ...LETS ACHIVE NOW OR NEVER .
