I did mention in a post about the scenario where the current on going will lead to Gideon Moi as vice president in 2017 and Uhuru. Some morons countered that Gideon is not charismatic and is politically naive. They may as well have been copying and pasting the idle musing of some central province while describing his father when he was vice president. Slightly wiser people claim Gideon is not acceptable because of his fathers legacy. Remember the myth of a Kikuyu not acceptable after Moi and some delusional character actually factored that in their campaign strategy? but i digress. My point? The only person who can benefit from Rutos fall is Mr Moi, the only one who can give anybody in Rift valley the money and confidence to fight William Samoei Ruto is Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi. Seems far fetched? It isnt. Moi constituency in Kenya is still intact. after all the excitement of new found freedoms is over, when the Mois regain supremacy in Rift valley, the die will be cast, a Gideon- Uhuru partnership will be unassailable. and the rest as they say, will be history.
