I did not have a root canal in the tooth I pulled before x-mas but it was dead according to the dentist and a large cavity in the bone underneath the toot were found on the x-ray, an infection. I have had problems with my health for a long time. The tooth I pulled had a gold crown on it and was filled for many years down to the pulp. I wonder how much the medical profession actually know and how much they guess or do out of old habits? Still have a lot of pain in the place where the tooth was. Have to find some thing to stop this pain with tonight. :P
