I did not know about this site until I saw a comment made by Lynn Fugaro about Byron Hockenberry. I am so thankful for her adding him to this list. Byron Hockenberry was one of the best friends of my life. We stayed close after high school, through college and even after real life scattered us to the winds. We spent many nights talking on the phone until the wee hours of the morning - sharing daily events and laughing about...well everything. I will never forget the night his father called to tell me that Byron had died. A part of my heart died that night as well. Through the years I have never forgotten Byron and I have shared our adventures with other friends through stories and pictures. Sometimes you meet people who make a lasting impression. Byron was incredibly special to me and he will forever be a part of my life.
