I didnt carry Mindy for 9 months nor did I give birth to her. But the Lord amazes me, because Mindy is everything and more when it comes to who she is in my life. We connect on so many levels and even have those looks of understanding, no words. She gets me and I get her. If I had to choose who I want my daughter to be, Id choose Mindy. She upsets me and she makes me laugh, which is vise versa, but shes perfect when it comes to the role she plays in my life. I talk about my boys that I did carry and birth. And I seem to leave Mindy out because of that. But I cant imagine life without her as my bonus daughter, period! And wow! On top, my oldest son just lost a tooth while I was writing this.
