I didnt get to do these yesterday, so morning mountain climbers today for my #FTTH challenge! mountain climbers are awesome for getting that heart rate pumping! ❤️ you can use them as part of your cardio routine (with other plyometrics/high intensity/explosive moves), adding them in between weight lifting sets or at the end of your workout or if youre at home and just want to do some quick, high intensity exercises during commercials or while youre waiting for your food to be ready.
