I didnt get to make the Archer City ISD bond meeting and no I dont have kids attending there but I am a tax payer in ACISD. My opinion is a town should be proud of its school most towns their school is the best thing it has going for them and most dont realize usually its the biggest business and has the most jobs in town take a second and think about how many jobs the 3 schools in Archer County have. Even with the small tax increase this building project will require its still the cheapest education your kids will recieve think about the price youll pay when your kids go to college or call over to Wichita Falls and price tuition of attending one of their private schools. A good school system needs quality administration quality teachers and quality facilities the current school is close to 100 years old lets do whats best for the kids and their education.
