I didnt keep up with the daily thanks, so I would like to make up for it this evening. I am thankful for my children, Sam Webb, Delaney Begley, and Skylar Begley, for my sister, Vonda Jordan and my brother, James Ratliff and their families, for my Mom, Evelene Ratliff, who I couldnt make it without and my Dad, who is watching me from up above. Im also thankful for all my aunts and uncles and my 60some cousins (yeah, thats just first cousins.) and all my friends. I am thankful for my health and the health of my loved ones and friends. I am thankful for my furbabies, my own and my fosters. I am Thankful for Second Chance Rescue, run by two of my nieces that I am very thankful for, Christina Marie and Stephanie Webb and for them finding Dixie the perfect family. I also want to send out a special thanks for the wonderful group of rescue people who have made my life a lot easier, by keeping me from losing hope. Ive spent many sleepless hours, networking dogs, contacting rescues and begging and pleading with rescue friends to help the urgent dogs at the shelter. Many of them would be dead today if it werent for the great group of people that Im lucky enough to call my friends, so THANK YOU Janet Graybill, Lisa Young, Robin Basel, Andrea Winokur Kotula, Margie Boyer, Megan Petruska, Chris Popp, Claudia Walker, Donna Jones Doak, Debra Gerber, Laura Cheng, Laura Herron, Bluto IamabigPalooka, Cassandre Miller Jodi Richardson-Gillman, Barbara Strobel, Alice Roof, Sue Pfeiffer Douglas, Cathy Dougherty Pirman, Breezy Davis, Tabbi Howell Williams, Connie Fletcher, Marcia Retterer, Eileen Saving Ohiodogs, Leslie Walker, Danielle Moore, Irene Smith, and anyone that I forgot, to mention, I am thankful for all you have done to help the dogs of Hardin County get out of the shelter, by posting, sharing, tagging, rescuing, fostering or adopting. Have a wonderful thanksgiving!
