I didnt reach my goals all by myself but it took years of failing & falling to know what succeeding could feel like. I didnt announce my hopes & dreams to the world all to have unwanted opinions thrown in my face. I kept my mouth shut & worked harder than anyone could imagine. I didnt rise above the Hypothyroidism I was born with & my Hashimotos disease on my own with a magical cure, I changed my lifestyle to make my disorder & disease manageable. I found the perfect balance between knowing I can be fit & healthy all year round without crash dieting, spending time with the people I love the most & also enjoying great food!
