I didnt stay down very long and its not totally symmetrical but this is a step forward for me in getting my face off the ground when coming up in Karandavasana. Thanks to @eddiestern for super helpful tips on how to activate the lower abs and for suggesting that I touch down and go right back up. This posture has not been easy for me and I obviously have more work to do but it feels so good when something that was suck starts to show even small signs of shifting. Never give up, the glimmer of hope will one day appear. For me it usually comes when my ego is broken. How about you? What are you totally stuck on that you feel has shown no signs of shifting?
