I didnt want to post a picture of my body from the cleanse. But I had to post this: On May 2nd I got my hair done and took a selfie (photo on left). About 7 days into the 10 day cleanse On June 14 - less than 6 weeks later, I also took an IG selfie. Im wearing about the same amount of makeup in each picture (which I dont wear much anyway). This is a dramatic change in my skin and weight just in my face. I didnt mean to come across these 2 pictures today, but when I really put them side by side, I was amazed and wanted to share. Neither picture has a filter - one was taken in my car and the other in my bedroom.
