I discovered a disillusion in our legal system. BTW, thats a new term for me. It essentially means to be disappointed in something contrary to whatever you once believed; basically. With Disability, I was naive, and in this instant, I was beyond naive. I was naively stupid. So laws are to protect and serve? Wrong. Im naive, at times, especially at the law; we couldnt get a lawyer to represent us. So we were FUBAR (Fed up beyond all recognition; Halo term, or Ive learned it through Halo). The law screwed us, the victims, mercilessly. Only way we could win: 1. Hire a lawyer, more cost than the gain, and more than we could afford, or be rejected by all lawyers. 2. Despite the apartment stating theyd release us from the lease, and send us a written notice... They can basically state anything verbally, not adhere to it and get away with it... 3. Wed have to subpoena our doctors.... Yea, with EDS, its difficult to find any doctor willing to listen. Subpoena them... For EDS, thats like cutting ones wrist. Im not suicidal! 4. We cannot submit medical opinions, nor medical articles, nor scientific articles? Not unless the authors are summoned as witnesses? So... Who... Represents the CDC??? 5. If the Judge asks for photos, and I submit them, but he asks for no other evidences, yet he stated later after I gave my statement, that I didnt submit the proper, additional evidence... Im waving it in my hand while hes telling me this, and he states if I stop interrupting him, hed explain things... He never stated I had to submit ALL evidences at a certain point. Period. Yea, Im naive, so they screwed me. Thats JUSTICE!?
