I distinctly recall telling this Dr of mine that PT did not work for me when they sent me for my lumbar spine 20 years ago and that it only made me worse, but of course they know whats best, right? WRONG! The fact that I cant stand at my sink to wash dishes for 5 minutes without my thoracic spine going into spasms and the fact that I cant even lay on my back now lets me know I know best when it comes to my body and what I know it is capable of. I pray this gives them the proof they need for Magnolia to approve an MRI, so they can determine the proper treatment to at least give me a little relief. I try my best to not complain or be a wimp when it comes to my back (or any of my other ailments) and I do what I have to and at times more than I am capable of because I refuse to let it get the best of me, but sadly I think I have subjected a few, Big Dog and Sharon in particular to a little more whining than usual this week and I sincerely apologize to you both for my wimpiness! I have been a good girl again tonight and taken my Potassium, so in order to try to avoid the nausea that comes soon after, I am going to try to get to sleep.....with that being said I will say this......goodnight, God Bless and sweet dreams Fb friends and family!
