I do a lot of my solo riding on Gayles Trails purposely to avoid vehicles. Today, this truck (US Government License Plate: 1817M) comes driving towards me at an extremely high rate of speed (for a vehicle on this path). Anytime a vehicle has been on this trail, they have slowed to either a stop or a crawl while cyclists & runners go by. This guy didnt even let off the gas. He apparently turned around because as I was approaching Hwy 79, he caught me and rode my wheel for at least a minute. He then proceeded to pass & run a stop sign all while right hooking me. Anybody have any idea who the best person/organization would be to show this to. No excuse in a vehicle driving on this path like this.
