I do agree, I also agree with letting Syria fight their own battle with ISIS, we have lost too many American soldiers in the middle east already, even those that came home with no visible injuries, believe me they are seriously injured, which causes pain and injuries to those around them. We DO NOT need to send even ONE American Soldier to the middle east. We have much that needs to be done, addressed, fixed, at least an attempt to fix so many unacceptable issues in our own backyard, couple examples, the homeless, the hungry children, the elderly, the mentally ill and especially our Justice System is soooo freakin broken. Too much GREED here in America, not enough HONESTY, LOYALTY AND COMPASSION FOR OUR OWN. We must do something for those who need help here in the United States prior to helping other countries, especially those that make terrorism, war, killing like a hobby, a past-time, really a way of life, from the beginning of time. What is really sad is by continuing to send ground troops we are causing more serious issues, i.e., loosing the unity of families all together, due to death of our loved ones, financial strain/stress, in addition to increasing mental and medical issues for the veterans and their families, which the government has not even appeared to step up to the plate and do something about the supposed mental and medical assistance received from the VA hospitals, which is nothing more than a joke. I have seen first hand, what combat can do to those you love dearly that served in Vietnam and Iraqi Freedom War, nothing and no one has done anything to implement any real research, some type of real combat PTSD programs, without causing repercussions to those that served in that capacity, which just want help, but God forbid they ask for it and think they can finish 1-5-7 years left in the military for their little bit of benefits they may get after twenty years of service. SO STOP SENDING GROUND TROOPS FROM THE USA ABROAD, without having some better protocol, system and a severely needed PTSD solution, even if it is only 50% effective.
