I do believe that how we view things makes a huge difference to our lives. I get lots of people asking me for some good news or wanting to know if things will get better. But what is good, what is better? I cant just say, yes things will be better if the person themselves isnt willing to do things differently because their lives wont change. What is good, what is better? I think anyone living in Australia is bloody lucky, we have clean water, food, unemployment benefits, medical, we live in a country that isnt war torn, where generally we feel safe, we dont walk down the streets scared of being bombed, we dont have to walk for miles for clean water, we can afford clothes, its all about our perception and accepting how lucky we each individually are - that doesnt mean that crappy things dont happen to positive people, because they do, but again, its the way we look at things, when crappy things happen its about accepting it and getting on with things and not dwelling on it. Life will never be perfect, the Brady Bunch doesnt exist and those people that you think have it better than you, most probably dont, we dont know what people are feeling or thinking or what goes on behind closed doors, we just need to focus on ourselves, our partner and children. What are your thoughts?
