I do like a little challenge now & again, and was asked if I could bring two generations together. The older photo was, believe it or not, the easier to work with & scanned far better than the modern photo. A relatively simple task of separating both figures from their backgrounds, retouching to remove surface damage & scan-induced artefacts, then combining the two figures on a new suitable background and then a matching finish to the overall image. Thanks to Joanne Campbell for permission to show these here; hope the prints make your dad proud :-)
