I do love music. I was listening to the radio on my drive today and Love is a Stranger from the Eurythmics came on. I had this on 45 when I was about 12 years old. :) Its probably still here somewhere! ...anyways, as I was singing along, I actually paid attention to the lyrics for probably the first time in my life. Immediately, 1 Corinthians 13 came to my mind. What does God say love is? What a contrast!!! I wonder how much the mindless words we hear and sing shape us? Im thankful that the word of God is rooted in me to root the false words out! (And lyrics are definitely much worse today). What a skewed view seeds like this subconsciously plant.
