I do not hate the McCanns never have done never will, I have got frustrated sometimes but thats being human. I dont use a false name on here or on twitter. The initial onset of the case back in 2007 left me upset and feeling sorry for the parents, I remember speaking with my wife saying how can these poor parents be feeling, how can they even function and still be brave to chat in front of cameras. I offered sympathy to the parents and wished that she was found safe and well very soon. Then a remarkable thing happened, the press started to question the version of events, the window, the changes in statements and I started to smell a rat. It was the press that converted me into scepticism. The dogs and headlines DNA found in hire car added to my realising fear that something was wrong. Martin Brunt being one of them who convinced me lies were being told, 154 steps not quite the short distance Gerry made out. So no wonder there are so many of us questioning the parents, wanting answers and wishing Maddie to be safe. We are not Trolls, we are not evil haters or potential killers, we are people who share the same views and would love for Maddie to be found alive safe and well. What the parents have to understand is that yes there are some evil bastards out there on FB and Twitter, some of whom in my opinion truly are trolls. Threatening the family, the children is beyond believe and something I feel is despicable. But thats not us, like any group, club, workplace, you will always find the arsehole who has the potential to make everyones live a misery. We try to weed them out, some even pretend to be group members with support but only turn out to be moles hell bent of giving the groups a bad name. Ive said some stupid things in the past, of which I do regret, but I feel like Brenda frustration played a part. Some of us have the ability to predict the future, we had a knack for predicting when when the next sighting was due, the rush of stories flooding the tabloids as the trial started with GA and so on. It really was so predictable. Again this all seemed orchestrated. Lets face it an ex government media spin doctor was employed something I find remarkable. Gerry and Kate please understand we do not hate you, we may question your parenting skills of that time, i have no doubt your children are well cared for by you. 99.9% of us would love Maddie to return home safe and well, 99.9% of us do not hate or wish you harm, we simply want to know what happened to your daughter. That being said it does not give anyone the right to stalk, comment on your movements or threaten you. I dont believe you had any influence on the door stepping of Brenda Leyland, I believe this to be shoddy unscrupulous journalism taking cheap shots to make a none story, something your media spin doctor is good at. What the papers and news channels fail to report is that Brenda actually appeared to defend you in some of her posts. I do not feel Brenda was a troll, far from it we have history and past prosecutions to evidence what a real troll is. In fact these people give trolls, the mythical creatures a bad name. Rant over.
