I do not know this manager or Josh Phillips. I also havent eaten at GC for probably a year or more. I obviously cant speak to the quality of their food. But I will tell you this; as a former hardcore food service manager for just under 5 years, if a crew member had ever, EVER questioned the safety of our food, the immediate investigation would have been into the food, NOT the concerned employee who may or may not be recording what happens in the restaurant. At minimum, this managers speech tells me a whole heck of a lot about the culture of inept management at this restaurant.
