I do not object totally PDAF but against the process that leads it to corruption. I am also a beneficiary of the projects made through the initiative our congressman cited as priority. How I wish our request be granted that the projects funded be awarded to peoples organization we already organized. To tell you, provide us with a million pesos and we will surpass the current standards the contractors are implementing. How can we do it? By limiting our need for labor expense through voluntarism. Be guided that, we will implement the project funded to us and be the user of the project itself. Therefore it is, our lookout to see the proper delivery and implementation of the fund and assure that the fund maximize its implementation. But this perspective is only limited to infrastructure projects we barely get in rural places of the country.
