I do not wish the Asiwaju any bad or evil. I will never do that to my fellow Man. In fact I wish him speedy recovery and better health. But like the Bible said What profiteth a man..................... (You know the whole quote) But our leaders never ever learn, do they? No matter how much money you have (stolen or acquired through hard work, it does not matter) this money can never buy you GOOD HEALTH. So many of our RICH leaders have had to go abroad for treatment, in most cases, just to prolong their lives, but eventually succumb to the natural and inevitable DEATH. Death makes wealth and all other worldly material acquisition ashamed. What then is the reason for their rapacious, crazy, selfish and greedy acquisition of wealth, power and position? Why dont they make other peoples lives better? Why dont they provide infrastructure and programmes that will make the lives of their own people better, and thereby be rewarded with the blessings of God and Man that they have done the right things for their people. How can someone serve as Governor of a state for 8 years, with all the wealth and resources at his disposal and discretion, yet cannot be attended to in a local hospital or medical facility in that same state? Or in the country? What will he tell God that he has done for the people who put him in a position of trust to do what they want for them but instead converted their money into his own, cornered all the contracts, etc? What will I be worth, as a human being, as a leader, as a ruler, with my position, power and wealth, when there are millions of my people around me without jobs, food, roof over their heads, clothing and generally impoverished, when I have that power to change those peoples status for the good?
