I do one of these a year so Ill do this at 1:30 AM this Thanksgiving cause I cant sleep :) : Thanksgiving is a time for me to reflect on what I have. While this year has been rough at points, I look to all the things the future holds for me. Im thankful for many things; from reconnecting with old friends like Dominique Gentile, Sir William Shaffner, Katie Roberts Brittney Lynch Britney McCarthy Karly Thomas Josefine Udklit Damgård; to making new ones such as Jailyn Osborne Jachelle Jem Generosa Brynn Ferre Wagner Dray Wagner Jayna Meyer Shelby Paul Aurora Long Kenneth Lee Culver Doug Harris Ashley J. Woods the list is sooo long. But to the people that pulled me out of my darkest times, I want to let you all know how much you mean to me. people like Josh Tobias Chris Mertan Alex Hayes Deborah Hayes Lisa Cote Melissa Wonderland Lynn Sarah McGuire Mike Trujillo Briana Hayes theres a lyric I want to share with you all most know it well: So much of me Is made from what I learned from you Youll be with me Like a handprint on my heart And now whatever way our stories end I know you have re-written mine By being my friend... Like a ship blown from its mooring By a wind off the sea Like a seed dropped by a skybird In a distant world Who can say if Ive been changed for the better? But because I knew you Because I knew you I have been changed for good Ive been through a lot this year but youve all been there to pick me up when I needed it the most. So from the deepest part of my heart I want to say youve all left a lasting impact on me and thats what Im most thankful for. HAPPY THANKSGIVING to each and everyone of you. Youre all amazing people and I hope we continue to get to be better friends from here on. God Bless and enjoy the blessed day.
