I do this twice a week. My physical therapist recommends it to strengthen my calves legs n ankles . Regular calf raises shoulder width stance toes facing front 25 reps up n down. If u pause at the end n plant ur feet completely on the floor it makes the work out harder because u start back at zero the muscle ur using n twitching to send the signal to go up n down goes from 0-10 or u can go up again midway which engages less muscle activity to help u through this work out which is like saying u go from 5-10. Either way u do it with a pause planting ur feet completely or not will still yield same results. Second : point toes in knees facing each other almost just as the pic shows 25 reps too Third : point toes out to the sides not front but to the side. Shoulder stance completely planting or not. Reps 25. Now repeat all this 3 times. Tomorrow u r going to b sore :) dnt forget to stretch it out before n after n please take breaks in between when needed Try it n let me know u can do this at the comfort of ur home
