I do wonder with all this leasehold condos that is priced around 450-600k, with no payment for the first 3 years and after that at least rm2k commitment every month for the next 30-40 years, what kind of lifestyle an average person will lead? If everyone is starting the property investment spree now for the sake of investment, how much will it worth 3 years later? Rm800k-1mil? So supposingly that will be the affortability rate for a normal household condo for an average wage earner in few years down the road? Not to mention, the government is taking action on taxes hike etc. Beware ya you may see a chunck of deduction in your monthly salary from the government due to backdated tax. Taxes will rise, salary I am not sure, property on the other hand?
