I dont Need A Man video coming soon: This morning at 6 in the AM a guy text me & wanted me to call him to prove that I was not married. WHAT I DID: I text him: That I was single & not searching for a boyfriend and he is free to think Im married, either way works for me bcz I was going back to sleep & he should enjoy his day. He text me again and I said. Shhhh! you texting me may wake up my Husband! LOL. Havent heard back since. Im probably going to make a video because part of the reason he thinks Im married is because I like spending time with myself. And Ive turned him down a few times so that I could be with myself. I think the idea of a woman preferring to be with herself than with a man is so foreign that many men feel there MUST be another man involved. I think this is largely problematic and based on the socialization of both boys and girls. My video is going to be entitled I dont Need A Man! Because I dont need A man - I need THE man - and I know he is not THE Man... but so many women just want ANY man that they deal with men who are not up to par to take them to the next level. Ive been thinking about this topic for about a week when I read a colleague criticizing women for behaving in a manor which makes men feel Un-Needed. and in my POV it is NOT my responsibility to MAKE a man FEEL NEEDED either he is needed, or he is NOT -- and if a woman doesnt NEED him, it simply means he is not bringing to the table what this woman cant do without., and thats on HIM. The man who was texting me this morning, I dont NEED in the capacity he serves as a man... as a friend, I would love to hear his story & speak with him -- but what hes offering as a man & what the average man is offering, I can do without. Has the average man developed himself enough to know his true worth to a woman outside of his penis & financial support? Many modern men blame Feminism for the perceived lack of need for them in the modern relationship... but if all it takes is a second job and a dildo to replace the average man of today.... then the average man needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out his TRUE worth... because if YOU dont know why I should be with you, Hunnie I dont Either! -Tko
